Instructions for online submission of Application

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fill the online Convocation Form Carefully.    
  2. PG/UG/Diploma/Certificate course students who have passed out during the Academic Year 2023-25 and 2022-25 and Ph.D. Scholars who have successfully completed their Open Defense upto 30th September 2025 shall be admitted to the Convocation.
  3. The degree certificates of those candidates who are admitted to the Convocation IN-ABSENTIA will be sent by registered post to the address given by the candidates. They should ensure to fill their correct address and contact numbers in the specified columns.
  4. No refund of fee will be entertained at any circumstances.
  5. The last date for registering for 9th Convocation is 15th October 2025.

Before filling online application, kindly possess the following documents:

1)  Scanned copy of Qualifying Degree Certificate in .pdf format within 50kb to 500kb limit.

2)  Scanned copy of No Dues Certificate in .pdf format within 50kb to 500kb limit.

3)  Recent passport size color photograph (without mask) of the applicant without distorting background in JPEG/JPG format (10kb to 200kb limit)

4)  Scanned copy of current occupation or position (if any) in .pdf format within 50kb to 500kb limit.

5) Scanned copy of Signature (4kb to 50kb)     

6) Scanned copy of proof of ABC Id in .pdf format within 10KB to 100KB limit

Those students who have completed their studies must collect their degree certificates within a maximum period of one year from the date of the Convocation in which they have been declared eligible for the award of their respective degrees failing which holding charges @ Rs. 610/- per annum, in addition to the prescribed fee mentioned above, shall be paid by them.
